RFO - Dallas 2 connectivity issue

Dear Dediserve Dallas 2 users,

Firstly, apologies for the connectivity issues you experienced this morning, the cause of the interruption was a Denial of Service at the carrier/DC level that took some time for our provider in Dallas 2 to resolve. The connection problems occurred upstream of our infrastructure, unfortunately therefore out of our ability to resolve directly, your VMs remained "on" and viable throughout, and there is no risk of data damage or loss.

We are working with the DC provider to ensure this does not occur in future and any external attacks do not affect access to our network.

Dallas 1 - Hypervisor 6 general maintenance

Dear Dediserve users,

We are hereby giving notice of a planned host reboot in Dallas 1, specifically Hypervisor number 6, following general maintenance and updates. This will take place at 5.30am GMT and should take no longer than 15 minutes to complete, but we are allocating a 30-minute window in order to cover any boot issues.

You do not need to take any action, we will perform the reboot and power all the VMs back online following the work.
