How do I change the currency I am billed in?
The currency assignment for your account is decided by you during your initial checkout, however, we are able to change this for you at any time. Doing so will involve re-calculating any unpaid invoices and the cost of your existing services to account for the currency change.
You can request a change of currency between EUR, GBP or USD by creating a ticket;
Once requested, our finance team will perform the change within 24 hours, please allow a short time for invoices to correctly re-calculate and avoid paying any invoice whilst this is in-progress.
We can only change currency and re-calculate once every 30 days.
