Please be aware that at 2pm-4pm GMT Thursday 4th June 2020, we will be performing an extensive upgrade to the block storage array associated with the London cloud. During this period you will be unable to create or backup Virtual Machines (VMs), and NFS storage will be inaccessible. However, the running of VMs themselves will not be affected by this work.
We have made a significant investment in the storage capability of our London cloud, improving upon capacity as well as throughput, uplifting customer-facing connectivity from 1Gbit to 10Gbit. You do not need to take any action. Your files will be safely relocated to the new device and once the work is complete, accessible again through usual means.
