Please be aware that at midnight on Thursday 30th April we will be performing essential maintenance and upgrades to our Dubai cloud. This work involves a firmware update of the core networking equipment and will involve downtime of 1-3 hours. We expect it to be an hour or less, but have allocated a 3 hour window to account for any prolonged works or unforeseen issues.
If you have received this ticket then you have virtual machines that will be affected by these works. You do not need to do anything, your virtual machines will remain online throughout this update, but may be inaccessible whilst the network is reconfigured.
