As you are aware we have been experiencing ongoing issues with the Host related to your specific virtual servers. We have had a HPE engineer on-site this morning who has replaced the compute and storage blades alike, along with re-locating and re-seating the hosts, which has not addressed the storage issue. It is his belief that the controller is incorrectly reporting the health of some disks due to a software error, which all currently read as healthy, meaning the issue may lie with the array itself.
Obviously, we cannot remove disks from a live environment to determine which is at fault, so the decision has been made to migrate your servers away from this host so a complete rebuild of its storage can take place.
We are currently in the process of migrating servers to new hosts, please do not attempt to boot them from your control panel, equally don't worry if they do not display in your admin area, this is intended whilst we perform the work.
