Apologies if you experienced loss of connectivity this morning between 11:15 and 11:40, the reason for the outage was a faulty storage controller, normally this would not cause an issue as the controllers are redundant, however in this instance, the controller was under high load at the time of the fault, which resulted in a 25 minute delay in all VMs failing over to the secondary controller. Apologies for the interruption, the faulty unit has been repaired and we do not expect the issue to reoccur.
