Thank you for your patience in allowing us time to update Hypervisor 4 on the 14th, unfortunately we are receiving reports of performance related issues following the hot-fixes, so will be bringing the host down at 5.30pm GMT today in order to address the issues. All VMs should be back up and running within 30-60 minutes, if not sooner.
Apologies for the inconvenience, we are performing this work to prevent prolonged performance issues on the host and ensure you get the best service possible.
