Dear Dediserve user,
We are hereby giving notice of planned maintenance at our Dublin 3 location, specifically Hypervisor #4 which will be undergoing a NIC firmware update to bring it in-line with the rest of the cloud. NIC firmware updates are applied to increase the network efficiency and enhance security on the platform. If you have services potentially affected by these works you will receive an automated ticket informing you as such.
The work will be performed between 5:00AM and 5:30AM on Friday the 15th and your service may be unavailable during that time, however we expect the work to be complete quicker than the window suggests.
