FTP user cannot browse the httpdocs folder after changing his home directory to root.

Symptoms

An additional FTP user for a domain created with default home directory /httpdocs cannot browse it after the default home folder is changed to root.

Resolution

To fix the issue it is necessary to replace IIS FTP provider files by patched files. Download iisftpprovider.zip file, extract files and copy them to %plesk_bin% folder. It is recommended to copy original files to another location for backup purposes
