Installation steps:
1. Copy the files to your server
2. Create server within WHMCS
- Hostname - Hostname of OnApp Controller (i.e c1.lon3.dediserve.com)
- IP - IP of OnApp Controller (i.e 185.17.151.20)
- Username and Password - These can be found under your Resource "API Details"
3. Add new product
4. Add new customfields: vmid|Virtual Machine ID
5. Set module configuration (tab module settings)
6. Add configurable options;
- memory|Memory
- cpus|CPUs
- primary_disk_size|Disk Size
- swap_disk_size|SWAP Disk Size
- ip_addresses|IP addresess
