The server has the full amount of physical RAM allocated correctly to it, the servers Kernel has reserved the difference. We can take the server offline and disable the virtualisation functionality to have the server display the full amount if this helps aleviate any concerns. However this is purely cosmetic and removes the ability then to hot migrate your machine should there ever be an issue.
